What Structurell is and how the Portal is organised
Find your way around the Structurell Portal, from the left navigation to the header tools.
Structurell brings your website content, commerce, customer relationships, monitoring, automation and account administration into one place: the Structurell Portal. Everything you do happens inside a subscription, which is your organisation's workspace. The services you see depend on your subscription's package, and the pages you can open depend on the permissions your administrator has given you.
How the navigation works
The left navigation is grouped into a small number of areas. Selecting an area opens its overview page, and the items underneath take you to individual tools. You only see an item when your subscription's package includes it and you have permission to use it, so two people in the same subscription can see different menus. An area with nothing you can open is hidden completely. Some items, such as users, connections and most settings, are only shown to subscription administrators or to people who have been given that specific permission.
If a service is still being set up for your subscription you may see an "Initialising" page for a short while. If a service is no longer active on your subscription you will see an "Expired" page instead. See Package and add-ons to check what your subscription includes.
