Structurell publishes to the social accounts connected to your subscription. Once your accounts are connected, you can group related posts into social campaigns, write one message for several platforms as a post group, and see how each campaign performs. Accounts and campaigns are under **Grow → Social**.

## Before you start

- Social must be included in your subscription's package. See [Package and add-ons](/account-and-access/package-and-add-ons).
- Each social account uses a connection, which holds the sign-in with the social platform. See [Connecting a provider](/connections/connecting-a-provider).

## Social accounts

Go to **Grow → Accounts** (under Social). The page has two tabs:

- **Company Accounts** are shared across your subscription, such as your organisation's LinkedIn page. Company accounts can be LinkedIn, Google, Facebook or X.
- **Personal Accounts** belong to you. Only you can see them and publish to them. Personal accounts can be LinkedIn, Facebook or X.

Connecting company accounts and connecting personal accounts are separate permissions. Every connected account you can use appears in the post editor under **Connected Socials**.

If a tab shows **No providers available**, accounts can't be connected or disconnected from this page. Contact support for help connecting or removing an account.

## Social campaigns

A social campaign groups related posts, for example a product launch or an event. Social campaigns are separate from the wider [Campaigns](/grow/campaigns) under Signal. However, drafting social posts from a Signal campaign's **Socials** tab creates a linked social campaign for you.

### Create a social campaign

1. Go to **Grow → Campaigns** under Social.
2. Select **Create Campaign**.
3. Enter a **Campaign Name**. It's required.
4. Choose a **Campaign Type** (**Posts**, **Company Opinion**, **News Comment**, **Offer**, **Event** or **Evergreen**), a **Goal** (**Awareness**, **Engagement**, **Traffic**, **Leads** or **Sales**) and a **Status** (**Draft**, **Active**, **Complete** or **Archived**).
5. Optionally set **Starts At**, **Ends At** and **Notes**.
6. Select **Save**. The campaign opens.

### Write a post group

A post group is one message written for several platforms. Each platform you fill in becomes its own post.

1. Open the campaign and select **Create Post Group**.
2. Enter a **Post Group Title** (required) and, optionally, a **Description**.
3. Set **Publish At**. Each post in the group takes this publish time.
4. Select a platform tab (**Linkedin**, **Google**, **Facebook** or **X**) and enter the **Body**. You can also add a **Title** and choose a **Post Type**. The tab shows **Included** once you've filled anything in; leave a platform empty to skip it.
5. Under **Connected Socials**, tick the **Company Accounts** and **Personal Accounts** for that platform.
6. Repeat for each platform you want, then select **Save**. You return to the campaign.

The posts are saved as drafts. To send them, open each one from **Grow → Posts** or the **Calendar** and schedule it. See [Social posts and the calendar](/grow/social-posts-and-calendar).

The group's **Status** is a label for your own tracking. Changing it doesn't schedule or publish the posts.

If the campaign already has performance data, each platform tab can show a **Suggested time**: the day and hour with the best engagement so far, and how many samples that's based on.

The **Post Groups** list on the campaign shows each group's title, description, platforms, publish time and status, plus the status of each platform's post. Select a group to edit it.

### Review campaign analytics

Each campaign has an **Analytics** section, which fills in as performance data is collected for its posts:

- Summary figures: **Total impressions**, **Total reach**, **Total engagements**, **Engagement rate**, **Best platform**, **Top performing post** and **Best content type**.
- **Best times**: the days and hours that have worked best, by **Engagement**, **Views** or **Clicks**, each with its number of samples. They're marked **Directional until there are enough samples.**, so treat them as a guide.
- **Per-platform comparison** and **Post type performance by platform**: impressions, reach, engagements, engagement rate, clicks, comments and shares.
- **Per-post performance**: engagements, engagement rate and clicks for each post.

Until there's data, you'll see **No analytics available yet.**

### Edit or delete a campaign

Change the details on the campaign page and select **Save**. To remove the campaign, select **Delete** and confirm **Are you sure you want to delete this campaign?**.

## Setup tasks

If you open the **Social** overview, it shows counts of your connected accounts, campaigns, posts and post groups. Until each step is done, it also lists the setup tasks still to do: **Connect a social account**, **Create a campaign** and **Schedule the first post**.

## Notes

- The post group editor has a **First comment** section. First comments are saved with the post but aren't currently posted to the platform, so don't rely on them.
- Images and video can't be attached to posts yet.

## Troubleshooting

- **Add a campaign name before saving.**: enter a **Campaign Name**, then select **Save**.
- **Add a post group title before saving.**: enter a **Post Group Title**.
- **Fill in at least one platform before saving.**: fill in at least one platform tab, including its **Body**.
- **Connect a company account before targeting company channels.**: no company account is connected for that platform yet. The same applies to personal accounts.
