Structurell shows marketing performance in a few places. Lead quality for a campaign is on the campaign's **Performance** tab, and the same report across campaigns is in CRM's Lead Generation. Social campaigns have their own analytics. The **Grow → Performance** page (in the Signal group) is the overview for your subscription's performance data connections. This article explains where to find each view and what the figures mean.

## Before you start

- Performance must be included in your subscription's package, and you need permission to view it. See [Package and add-ons](/account-and-access/package-and-add-ons).
- Lead-quality figures come from leads submitted through CRM lead forms. A lead only counts towards a campaign if the lead form's **Campaign ID** is set to that campaign. See [Lead forms](/grow/lead-forms) and [Campaigns](/grow/campaigns).

## Check lead quality for a campaign

1. Go to **Grow → Campaigns** and open the campaign.
2. Select the **Performance** tab.
3. Select **Refresh** to reload the figures if you've just had new leads or feedback.

The tiles at the top summarise the campaign's leads:

- The first tile is the total number of leads.
- **Accepted Rate**: the percentage of leads that were accepted.
- **Duplicate Rate**: the percentage of leads that duplicate an existing lead.
- **Rejected Rate**: the percentage of leads that were rejected.

Below the tiles, a table breaks the results down by **Source**, with counts of **Leads**, **Accepted**, **Qualified**, **Duplicates** and **Rejected**. A lead counts as qualified when it has been qualified or accepted. Use the table to compare your sources and put more effort into the ones that bring in good leads.

The report covers leads from the last 90 days, up to the 100 most recent.

If you see **No source-quality data for this campaign.**, no leads have been recorded against the campaign in that period.

## Compare lead quality across campaigns

1. Go to **Grow → Lead Generation** (in the CRM group).
2. Select the **Reporting** tab. The **Source quality** panel shows the same tiles and source table for all your leads.
3. To look at one campaign, enter its ID in the **Campaign** filter. The ID is the number at the end of the page address when the campaign is open.

## Keep the figures accurate

The rates depend on your team recording what happened to each lead.

1. Go to **Grow → Lead Generation** and stay on the **Inbox** tab.
2. Select a lead.
3. In **Feedback**, choose an **Action**: Accepted, Rejected, Duplicate, Qualified or Needs review.
4. Select **Save feedback**.

It also helps to give each campaign clear sources with consistent UTM values, and to link each landing page and lead form to the right source. See [Campaign sources, landing pages and social drafts](/grow/campaign-sources-and-links).

## Social campaign analytics

Each social campaign has an **Analytics** section with **Total impressions**, **Total reach**, **Total engagements**, **Engagement rate**, **Best platform**, **Top performing post** and **Best content type**, followed by per-platform and per-post breakdowns. A **Best times** panel suggests when to post, based on engagement, views or clicks. Go to **Grow → Social → Campaigns** and open a campaign. See [Social accounts and social campaigns](/grow/social-accounts-and-campaigns).

## The Performance page

**Grow → Performance** is an overview of the performance data connected to your subscription. A performance connection is a link to a source of marketing or analytics data. The page can show:

- **Performance connections**: how many connections your subscription has.
- **Setup tasks**: steps still needed. When there are none, you'll see **Setup complete**.
- **Latest items**: the most recently created or updated connections you can access.
- **Latest log entries**: recent recorded actions. Only people with permission to view the Performance log see this section.

Connections can't be added from the Portal. If the page shows **Set up Performance connections**, contact Structurell support. When Performance is first added to your subscription, you may see a **Setup progress** page until it's ready.

## Troubleshooting

- **This section is temporarily unavailable at the moment.** A section couldn't be loaded. Select **Refresh overview** or try again later.
- The campaign's **Performance** tab shows no figures: check that Performance is in your package and that you have permission to view lead-generation reports.
- **Performance** isn't in the menu: your package may not include it, or you may not have permission. Ask your subscription administrator.
